Is there a way to see the exact CURRENT settings for the disposition of an NPC? Specifically Motor-Runner of the Fiends in Vault 3.

I'd like to finish the Kahn quest and make the delivery. But since there seems to be a bug in the game because I visited the NPC fort first and received the note to kill Motor-Runner, it seens he already knows everything even though I am disguised in Kahn armor. Nothing I do calms him down enough in order to make the delivery.

So is there a file I can look at to see his CURRENT settings. I'd like to reset them to neutral for a moment via either the console or Testicles or direct edit to the file, whichever works best, complete the delivery, and then reset him back to exactly as he was.

Did you pass the speach check at the front door?

The first time I went into Vault 3 - Yes. Then I just left. I only wanted to see the inside. I had no reason to be in there. Later I went to Red Rock Canyon to get the goods from Diane and started the delivery quest.

I had started several quests. When I arrived back at Vault 3 wearing my Kahn disguise, everyone was hostile. There was no dialogue from anyone. Only battle. So I killed everyone in Vault 3 except the group in the last room with Motor-Runner. I figured I could fast run up to him, give him the package, and afterward either run out or battle. There was no dialogue to make the delivery.

So, what are the console commands to discover his current settings?

I've had that trouble before, too. I just had to reload a previous save, even though it was further back than I wanted.

To see his disposition towards you open the console, click on him until his Ref ID shows at the top of the screen, then type: getdisposition player
It'll print it to the console. To change it - moddisposition player # (input 100 if you want)

I don't think doing that will stop him attacking you, though. After inputting that, and getting disposition high (over 65 is usually good) you can try typing stopcombat. Usually if someone likes you they will stop. But if others are in the room still beating you up he may start attacking again as well.

I did a console command to stop him from attacking. It's just MR and me now. But the dialogue needed to make the delivery does not show. Motor-Runner just says that I'm with the NCR.

I tried removing the note from my inventory but it didn't work.

Maybe the quest reset command for the NCR assasination quest might work. Is there a quest id for a note? But it seems the Kahn delivery quest has already been altered.
