Is there a way to see which settlers are assigned....

In settlements, is there a way to see which settlers are assigned to which jobs?

As in, is there something I can click to get a list of each settler, and what their assigned jobs are?

If not, what is the easiest way to figure out what each settler does?

I'm asking because say for instance I want to assign a settler to farm some crops. Whats the most effective way to figure out which settlers are available, and which have other jobs, so that I can choose who to assign?

please search for topics before posting. Answering yet again, go to workshop mode, highlight the settler and the thing he is assigned to will also highlight.

I didn't know that, I usually put hats on them to let me know what they're supposed to do.

And pray to god that when you are highlighting him, that the thing he is assigned to is within view, otherwise you won't know what he is assigned to.

Ture, but they do tend to stick around their stations most of the time, at least during the day

Not in my bases, particularly the Starlight Cinema; AI tends to just stand in a cluster (not even going to bed, for some reason), or walk around doing various duties if not actually assigned to something ... so they LOOK like they're assigned, but they're not. I do the usual dressing people according to their role, but get to 13+ settlers who may or may not actually be at their station, and may or may not actually be in the camp at all, and it's damn well impossible to see what's going on.

Ringing that bell is the only option, but then NO ONE is at their station, and if you dally too long highlighting them, they all start walking off.

I'm not quite sure who designed this, btu I can only imagine that it is a shell of what they intended ...

Thanks, but that only partially answers my question. I'm guessing since you didn't answer the rest, there is no way to get a list of settlers and their jobs. Oh well.
Maybe in the future they'll add that option
