If so, how? And is there a way to see which plants are assigned someone to harvest them, my character constantly complain that "I need to assign somebody to this"?

Not that I have found. Not yet anyways. I got a feeling this will either be patched in or modded in. Kinda makes the whole settler thing a PITA. I still love the game though. I want to brawl a Super Mutant Behemoth with this power armor.

If you mouse over the character in workshop mode it also highlights what he is assigned to
