I'm currently good on resources,so I wondered if I can keep death claws in my vault permanently,without them killing people.

Well you can't disconnect rooms from each other so I don't know how you planned to keep them in your vault. So either your dwellers are going to kill them or they will run back out after going full circle in your vault. Besides there would be constant alert on so you couldn't do anything while enemies are in your vault.
