Do these armors exist?

Post » Mon Nov 30, 2015 12:11 am

Hey i have 2 questions really though in general i'm interested in any armor types that are hard to obtain. Firstly is it possible to get legendary BoS armour, which also means can you have legendary BoS troops? Would that require being enemies? Secondly, is there a full set for the devastators armour? I'm wondering if other pieces of the set are only available as random drops, though i have had a lot of legendary drops and not seen it, so maybe there is a level cap.

Thanks for helping out.

There is at least one other piece of Devastator's, I believe I saw a leg sold somewhere at some point. I think there are only a select few pieces of power armor that can become legendary and they are unique pieces... At least in my experience... I am level 50 something with like 60 hours played and short of a few unique pieces I have never seen random legendary power armor.

There are, however, legendary BoS troops. They drop standard random legendary items.

This should be on the spoilers board, as I can't really answer your question without minor spoilers. As such, be forewarned should you choose to continue reading.

Spoiler
You cannot get legendary BOS Combat Armor, but you can get legendary T-60 Power armor with Brotherhood mods. The two leg pieces, Honor and Vengeance, are purchased from Proctor Teagan aboard the Prydwynn. The Torso and Helmet are quest rewards from Lancer Captain Kells's quest chain, which can only be completed after the Main Quests are finished by siding with the Brotherhood of Steel. I'm still looking around to see if there are any legendary T-60 arm pieces.

Psst, who did you kill to get the combat armor? I need to know. For science, you understand.

Interesting thank you, I wonder if you could confirm finding the same enemies randomly in the wild after you made that decision.

I don't consider my question spoiler as I'm not talking about unique and persistent drops that would be quest specific, instead the random legendary drops only
