Can see me steal something after parking them 5 miles outside Diamond City and I still hear their voice as if they are right next to me. How long was this game in development for again? Why or how does this even make it into the game, an RPG which bases its whole idea around this kind of game play?

I know RPGs made before 1980 that don't make this mistake so why is it 2015 and you still have **** like this? I'll wait until the actual game developers (modders) make this game and release it next year =)

This feels more like an indie kick starter than anything else.
