I think the DLC maps have been in the general rotation, but it would make sense that they would only show up in a playlist if EVERYONE in the lobby had purchased the pack. I'd guess that if there was even one person in the lobby without the pack, the new maps would not show up.

I played Crash Site tonight, and rather than Wall Street and Pier 17 coming up first time every time you have to reparty, it was Wall Street and Downed Bird first time every time!
