When I first saw the name I thought it would have something to do with shooting bullets at enemies whilst simultaneously firing jet syringes into your face, then again I read it as "Junkie Jet"

Back in Fallout 3 I used the Rock-It Launcher to teach a Raider monetary responsibilities.. Beheaded him with a finance clipboard.

I admit, I cannot argue against the use of the human skeleton as ammunition. Even more so since I don't recall ever using bones for anything while crafting. This is now something to consider.

i know some bones are used to make the big spiked poles. might be skulls though.

I always called it "The Gnome Cannon" in FO3 because I only used Garden Gnomes 
,unfortunately due to a Horrible oversight in FO4 there are no Gnomes! 
,did the commonwealth ban them before the war! ,or is Beth looking at releasing a Gnome DLC to make up for the lack of Gnomes at launch!!
