I have completed all special jobs unlocking all thief guild fences, so they should have ~4000 gold for barter, but they still have 1000! Tried to wait and that doesnt help! Please help how to fix that typing additem f 3000 for every of them every trade session is boring

Isn't Tonilia the only one who's gold gets increased. I thought it took speech perks to raise everyones gold amount.

In that case, I have no idea. I did the "twenty quest grind" and the four specials and as each fence "went live" the amount of dosh available to them went up by a thousand till they each had 4K every two days. I have never heard of anyone else experiencing the problem you have.

Have all the merchants turned up opposite the Flagon? Did you get the big Ceremony and the new armour?

Nope, you have been mis-informed. You can get every merchant to buy stolen goods through a speech perk and you can through another perk increase the amount of cash a merchant has. However, completion of the TG questline leads to a fence in the five major cities with 4K to spend every two days - its one of the best reasons to do the TG line.
