I know there's a replacer by PetrusOctavianus that makes it compatible with real lights and darker dungeons plugins and their successors ( cava obscura + AN real lights ) and a patch to make it work with map marker overhaul and... not sure what else.

still, it's a very old, unfinished and unsupported mod so no matter how insanely great it is, I'm having lots of doubts about adding it to an already heavily modded setup.

for example, I'm already avoiding WAC - Gladiator and Thievery in the Imperial City, both great mods but unfinished. ( Malevolent too since it ends with a cliffhanger and I had issues with the "shaking screen" bug in the past )

what do people think about this? good enough for 2012 or better to just bite the bullet for once and have fun with EVERYTHING ELSE YOU'VE ADDED?

I never had problems with it. Only issue that I remember was soemthing about using water arrows and how they might permanently remove light sources. I don't remember the details about it though.
