As you may now if you do small jobs for Vex and Delvin you do the City Jobs right?

I finished Whiterun Solitude and Windhelm but for some reason I cant start Markarth.

does anyone know how I can start them I'm doing the small jobs so many times trying to make it work but it wouldnt come.

btw does it matter which city you start of?

Please respond it would be great if someone could help me out with it.

You get major jobs by doing five or so jobs in a city, you may not be getting marcarth jobs
