Playing on XBOX 360, I was under the impression that the opening quest to the thieves guild line "Taking Care of Business" was going to be fixed. Yet, I log on this morning, only to discover Brynjolf is still standing in the middle of the courtyard in Riften, with all of his followers at 3 o'clock in the morning. None of them say anything, hell, he isn't even talking.

Reloading an old saved game isn't even an option anymore as I've already moved so far past that point in the game.
