I just ended the quest hard answers and Karliah said I had to go to the ragged flaggon, but the quest didn't start. I know it's because I took mercer's plans in riftweld manor and I have no saves before the quest starts, so I can't put the plans back before the quest.

Please help I'm stuck now

PS: I'm playing on ps3 so console commands won't work

Which way are you entering?

If it's the mission I think it is, she's standing by the door in the ragged flagon if you enter though the ratway.

So go to that door and see if she's standing there.

Uh oh, I've done the same thing, while stealing Chillrend. I haven't started the Thieves Guild questline yet, though. Interested to learn if there's a way around the problem.

No she isn't standing by the door, do you have any other ideas?

Console or PC? If PC you can use console commands to start the quest.
