Things spotted in the new low-quality footage : V - Skyrim

There's another video "hanging around" of an argonian flaming skeletons and attacking what appears to be either a necromancer or a robed vampire. Also, he dies and it is revealed that he doesn't have beast legs in Skyrim, thus I'm assuming khajiits don't either. I think that was already confirmed, though, I'm not entirely sure... :shrug:

If it's the same video footage I have seen, there we can also see the necromancer using a very nice bluish (ice ?) shield spell.

Yes, I did see that! It looked more like a drain spell that also functioned as a shield for the caster, though, weird! If you noticed, it seemed to shield the caster but it also damaged the attacker which was the player character. Also, it appeared that the same spell was used a projectile. Maybe it was a different variation of the "drain shield"?

WOW I just found the good ones! that shield spell looks AMAZING! can't wait! Did anyone else notice the tree during the dungeon gameplay? adds to the atmosphere so well IMO just beautiful!

I think it was an ice-shield spell + some sort of "icethrower" ; it really looks like the flamethrower spell but with ice. But maybe I'm wrong ! However I think the necromancer used two different spells, and it was nice to see. The spells seems well designed, they are very beautiful !

You mean the vegetation in the dungeon ? Yeah it's cool !
