I mean if you saw the E3 demo of Oblivion, it's like Todd played a game which wasn't Oblivion almost haha

One of the things that got cut out of the game, was the Radiant AI. By that the NPCs do not do what they are suppose to do. Basically they were dumbed down. What happend is that major NPCs got killed or they wondered around too much or ended up killing people. In one story that was given how cool the Radiant AI was suppose to be was a NPC lady was eating dinner. Her dog was misbehaving, so she ended up casting a fireball spell at her dog. Her dog did not misbehave after that. He died. So I guess this happened too much so the Radiant AI was tonned down alot.

I can't remember if there was suppose to be monutned combat or not oringally as well.

An arena in every City.
The city of Sutch.
A different, larger looking Imperial City.
Dynamic Shadows.
A couple of miscellaneous quests that exist in the game files but aren't implemented.
3 music tracks.
Pronounced seasons with different harvesting chances for each season.
A couple of random, unimportant NPCs.
A horse seller in the Imperial City Market District (created before horses couldn't go into cities).
Kvatch Royal questline which would have made you Count of Kvatch.
Better, more pronounced Radiant AI.
More varied voices and dialogue (different Dark Elf and Imperial voice actors for example)
Hearing NPCs talk about a topic and getting that topic added, so you can then speak about what they were saying. This is in the game but on a very limited scale.
Imperial Delivery Service questline.

That's all I can think of right now.

It appears there was going to be a skooma quest involving the Orum gang in Cheydinhal, and the two Camonna Tong thugs at Walker Camp.

Imperial Delivery Service questline.

Is this related to Black Horse Courier? That has always seemed lacking to me. So far as I know, the couriers don't even visit every city....Cheydinhal, Bruma and Bravil come to mind... yet all cities have copies of their broadsheets.
