How come Draugr's can shout with no recast penalties....

It gets very old, very fast, when you get Fus Roh Dah, level 3, spammed at you five times within 20 seconds by a single draugr (this did happen to me, and it was very much a HUH?!!? moment). I think this is poor game design, because one simple draugr has unparalleled abilities when compared to even dragons. I probably wouldn't mind as much if an ancient dragon did this... but a draugr?!?

Draugr I'm pretty sure they only do a Fus and that is all. Which has a very low cool down vs a full Fus, Ro, Dah. I've faced bosses that do a full Fus, Ro, Dah and have a longer cool down.

If you are being serious you should go see a shrine and get whatever illness you have removed.

Go to any city and use the map, if you can't find the entrance otherwise. The temple in Whiterun is the building right next to the square with the tree.

The other Khajiit can't enter the cities, but my Khajiit can just walk right through the entrance without any questions asked.
The lack of explanation for this...is just painful. :banghead:

Because you are the Dragonborn. Even if you don't follow the main quest, I assume that is why.

How the Jarl of Winterhold lost his Helm again...and so soon. Maybe that's why the rest of Skyrim isn't taking you seriously... you can't keep track of the one thing that will get you respect.

This frustrates me, too. Because the situation of the Khajiit is so interesting and it provides such a great foundation for a role-playing approach, you'd just wish that the game supported that aspect even a tiny little bit.

When I walk into Windhelm after having led the Stormcloaks to victory and some random guard tells me, "I'm watching you, Imperial." =__= It's like, "I just successfully championed your cause. A 'THANK YOU' WOULD BE NICE."

The fact that the guards think it necessary to comment on my incredible achievements and then forgetting about it the second after.

for every locked chest that you find there is no key in the game world for the chest. do the owners perma lock there belongings in chests.

Nords in Windhelm actually being pretty decent to me despite my Dunmer status. I expected to be accused of being a spy.

I think I read something about that in the Pocket Guide to the Empire. I'm pretty sure they're both, or no one really knows.

Sneak attack some NPC with my bow, he walks around looking for me with an arrow in his face then says "huh, must have been my imagination" and goes back to what he was doing while he slowly bleeds out from his face wound
