Unique Gatling Laser (loved Vengeance from FO3)
Access to mininukes (they don't have to be easy to get, but I would like the ability to get them)
More suits (tuxes are fine, but I have only one business suit and I would love to conduct my business with style)
Silenced Assault Rifle
I wouldn't mind more energy weapons like the holorifle.
More unique power armor (nothing more sixy in FO than power armor, the tesla armor in the FONV vanilla version was a nice touch)
More creatures to fight and more places to scavenge
A Legion companion (seriously why is the Legion getting the short end)

Okay those are my suggestions! Other users, feel free to add to this list.

And I should also mention that an area I can return to would be great as I am running out of enemies too fight.
