There has probably been a thousand threads like this but what do you want to see in Skyrim? For those of you who have played previous Elder Scrolls what were the things that stood out to you as missing from the games?

I've decided what I'd most like would be more customisation of weapons and armour (such as gilding them [with gold and the like]) and capes and hoods that can be worn over armour not in substitute of it because otherwise two people wearing iron armour look almost identical.

A really lengthy and engrossing main quest line.

I have to say that capes and cloaks are simply cool :disguise: so I would love to see them.

I would like a high variety of armor and clothing options mostly. Somebody mentioned there were masks in skyrim. I hope that's the case.

Walking though Riverwood and hearing a gruesome crunching sound around the corner. Head over to investigate and see the body of a wizened elderly fellow with a massive beard. Looking up, you see the Throat of the World looming over the village, with a very distant glint that is the temple of the Greybeards at High Hrothgar.

Followed by NPC comments such as, "That's the third one this week! Those Greybeards really need to build some railings outside."

This will obviously be important, I've come to expect this from Bethesda to the point I overlooked it



Stuff like this is what I really want to see, If there is heaps of variety I may forgive them the lack of capes. The rumoured Dragon Armour is what I can't wait to see. Is there anything more bad**s?

The little details that make you go 'wow. they put that in?'
For example when I first played GTA 3 and I found out you could change the radio stations in your car my mind was blown and I was engrossed in the game, I guess the similarity to Skyrim would be that dead bodies float when dragged into streams...

I did suggest as much, Haven't been on these forums long and was interested is all.
