+ Random Loot Being Integrated In some Form, Enchanted items being something random (but not removing self enchanting either, rather finding some way to make the two co-exist without balance distruption - I can think of 50 ways of balancing these two right now)
+ A bigger gameworld (I know that todd said roughly the same size, but he might as well have said "pickle stalker")
+ Emotional Affecting, Npc Acting, and involvement. (something most elder scroll games lack more than other games)
+ The magic system being seriously deep.
+ Not cutting back on, and most probably, adding more, lasting power to the game. Small quests, maybe even items that can be collected, dynamic moments.
+ The modding Tools being something worthy of 2011/2012 (Plus no 4gb limit in memory usage for playing the game with mods)
+ And Entirely new system in terms of mod reading, not mod making, but mod installation and compatibility within itself to a wider extent than oblivion at least.
+ Except for things skyrim replaces or repairs, nothing removed. (after gothic iv and two worlds 2 not having the main island at all, you can maybe understand my thinking here)
+Every Single Guild Being as, if not more involving than the dark brotherhood from oblivion.
The Havok animation system also doing more impressive things with deaths (think gta4's euphoria only slightly dumbed down to save cpu time)
+ The dlc not being petty, but rather using "shivering isles" as a benchmark. (I, and many others will be happy to pay a lot more if the content adds to the worlds scope, rather than just adds a quest here, or .... horse armour there)
+ About 200,000 other things once I get more information about the game.
A variation of this thread has been done before in the form of "wishlist" Yes I understand this. However, at least I do understand this. And I did add a slight twist to it.
