For some reason after doing some vampire quests from Falkreath earlier whenever the sun comes up i get a message saying

"Your strength is weakening with the sunligh'

or something like that, does this mean i have been bitten by a vamp or some crap & if so how i fix it, if anything i want to be the werewolf lol

You can fix it by becoming a werewolf.

If you haven't actually turned into a vampire yet you can cure the disease by using a potion or a activating a shrine.

You have three days from the time you contract the vampire disease to when you become a true vampire.

If you visit a shrine for a blessing, have a cure disease spell, potion, or scroll, you can cure yourself before that happens.

If you do become a full vampire, there is a quest to cure it just like in previous Elder Scrolls games. Just go ask about rumors at any inn, you'll find out the rest from there.
