:new theory: about 20 - 30 years ago one of our nord friends got a little to drunk at the tavern. So one of his mates suggests a competition whoever could get the furthest with a summoned spider deadra would win a barrel of ale. Long story short that thing was the accidental by-product of said competition.

To me it isn't a argonian just because of its very flat face.. It however appears to be wearing some sort of daedric armour, but saying that it could be as it is very much up for debate.lol

The "SPIDER HERO" label is clearly meant to refer to the screen of http://www.ps3blog.net/wp-content/uploads/SpiderHero.jpg

so this pic has nothing to do with Spiders

I suspect it is one of the Dragon Priests

Because the helmet or armor looks vaguely arachnid, it could be the case that an intern or someone got the two thumbnail pics confused and uploaded the wrong one.
