I think it's an argonian.

To me, it looks like a human/elven thing with spider bits for armor. I can see the eyes and mandibles or whatever just above the lips. Could be some new kinda Spider Daedra, too, though, and we're just not seeing the whole picture there. Male Spider Daedra? *le gasp*
