Okay, something else to discuss:

Why does his mask cover his eyes? That tells me he's blind. Honestly I can't tell if the mask-less image has his eyes open or closed, but if they're open the milky look tells me he's blind too.

Random thought: If he's a Falmer, and they've been hiding underground for centuries, they may have lost their sight.

Probally...either their sensitve to the light or have some kind sonar system like bats,due to their centuries of their apdatations of hiding underground.

No way. I said it before, but this is exactly what they should do. Look at how riled up it has everyone. If anything, they sent him home early with a bonus to his paycheck.

Also, at this point I've convinced myself so thoroughly that it's a Falmer that I will be very disappointed if it's not :cryvaultboy:

This thread has also added at least a couple dozen to SpikeTV's viewers. Guaranteed we'll all be watching it now, hoping for an answer.

seeing as how they didnt have the technology to seperate the fingers, id imagine that the ears would just be part of the texture on the head, or left out entirely, which they were.

That thing is an "ice warrior" - its never said anywhere that its a Falmer. Thats just fan conjecture. It may turn out to be right, but there is no reason to dismiss things just because of fanon.

Has anyone mentioned the possibility that it's wearing some kind of scorpion armor? That kind of mixes the lobster and spider theories.

Plus, no one said that things can't change. Oblivion Dark Elves look a lot different than Morrowind Dark Elves. Dunmer ears in Morrowind were huge, and in Oblivion they were just short little points like something out of the Lord of the Rings movies. Beast races magically gained the ability to walk normally, and Wood Elves lost their solid black eyes. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that that is a Falmer based on an old picture from Daggerfall that isn't even a confirmed Falmer. Could be an unrefined Riekling for all we know.

But that Ice Warrior certainly is something...
