I think I'm broken

My game has been freezing a lot lately and I have this stupid clipping glitch I can't resolve. Not a long list of problems or the worst I've ever encountered (in fact, I think they are easily surmountable) but I just feel like this game has finally broken me. I was really excited about this playthrough, but the little things are driving me bonkers. Anyone else ever feel that way? How did you bounce back? I told myself I was done, but I know I will be back for more. Until they release a next gen ES, I will keep coming back for more lol.

I know how you feel. It's heart breaking when the game freezes while I'm immersed. Especially when you've only been playing the game for 10 minutes. Try clearing the system cache consistently? That's what I do, it actually works quite well.

I know I say this a lot. But try holding down RB LB and X while the game is loading if you are on xbox. But be a strange placebo, but it seems to work for me.

Not sure about the clipping glitch.

What platform are you on? If you're on PC, do you use the unofficial patches?

I could try to post an image, but I play on Xbox, so it would have to be a somewhat blurry screenshot lol. Basically, I use 2 handers and for some reason my weapons are clipping through the armor on my back when they are sheathed. It is connected to how far my character's arms move away from his body. When I'm wearing my steel and blades armor, my arms are closer to my body and the weapon clips through my back. When I put on Forsworn or Fur armor, my arms move farther out and it is in the correct position (floating an inch off my back).

It is such a small complaint, but it drives me nuts. I tried equipping clothes and unequipping them, transforming into a werewolf, clearing my cache, etc. Currently, I'm waiting to find a Draugr Deathlord. Gonna let him Fus ro dah me into ragdoll and see if that forces a reset.

@ Some Idiot - I will try that, I've always been a superstitious sort when it comes to games lol. I do clear my cache, and I this sounds weird, but I can almost feel when the freezes are coming (played way too much Skyrim I think ha ha) so I don't tend to get burned. It feels like it is touchier than it ever was though for certain. It could be worse, but I wish it happened about 1/4 of the time it does.
