Start going to support groups. Not for sleeping, though. For other things. Things you don't actually need support with. Then when it's huggie-time in the end, just hug someone and let it all out. You'll sleep like a baby.

Or he'll start Fight Club.

But we don't talk about Fight Club. :nono:

I always preferred killing one bird with two stones though. The process is inevitably more squishy that way.
