but a inciendiary grenade explodes and releases a more gas kind of fire, and does it after a few seconds when the pin is removed, molotovs are basicly flamable fluid in a bottle with a cloth soaked with the fluid and keeping it in the bottle, after the cloth is lit on fire and thrown, the glass breaks thus the fire ignites the fluid and having a more fire effect. the burning gas and the molotov would have a smaller AOE so it would not work at all in terms of being balanced, but if they were both two seperate weapons available to both factions it could work.
And an old, rusty, jury-rigged rifle wouldn't be nearly as accurate as a brand new, well-maintained one. But for the sake of balence, they have the same stats. I see no reason why security couldn't have incendiary grenades for visual appeal in the same way.
