Think there's a way to put M'aiq the Liar in Skyrim?

Post » Sat Sep 11, 2010 8:39 am

As I said on this a few threads ago:

M'aiq: 'Be careful around dragons, they are fragile. M'aiq broke one and ended up here!'

I like this one.

M'aiq can be equivalent to Final Fantasy's dimension jumping Gilgamesh, some things don't need to be explained if you want a character to be in more than one title in a single series.

Perhaps he found himself consuming a dish made of the flesh of a well ridden horse, the heart of a lich, and the tongue of a dragon. I mean that is a wonderful way to become immortal. Although this combination would certainly leave him undead. So it would probably be best if another alternative was made.

You know what, he should(instead of running) have his own Dragon mount. With a spear in his hand and a crossbow on his saddle.

No, he should be a dragon. If he came up to be and said something with that same Mai'q voice, I would laugh my ass off.

I can handle it if he keeps his clothes on. Otherwise I'm going to look in the other direction.

I don't know if lycanthropy equates immortality.

Don't we have too many M'aiq threads? I mean, c'mon, how interesting is it continuing talking about him?

Anyone remember what M'aiq had to say about dragons in Morrowind?

"Dragons? Oh, they're everywhere! You must fly very high to see most of them, though. The ones nearer the ground are very hard to see, being invisible."

Methinks he should be saying something like:

"Dragons? Well, I did warn you..."

I think I actually have it. You find a small shrine an old crazy Khajiit's house. Inside the basemant you see a small door possible well hidden so no one would find it. Inside this hidden room you see a small shrine set up and a possible statue to him. You also find a book called something along the lines of "Dro'aiq the Prophet" which is full of the the lunacies and half truths we are used to. Or Bethesda could pull a fast one and just include him because we really don't know Khajiit's lifespans.

yes its very very simple to have him in it. On one of his travels after calipers, he found a cursed caliper, made by a stupid wizard as a gift to a smith. This caliper was ment to make the caliper resist anything and last forever, the downside was that a mistake was made. In his enchantment the wizard made the curse constant effect on selv making everyone holding it immortal as well. And just like that he is back :D

Maybe he built a magic time machine out of calipers??
But honestly do we really have to justify him being in the game, he is only a joke character after all.
