I think a werwolf perk would be cool in new vegas

A setting appropriate perk that approximates certain aspects of lycanthropy could work, but it would have to be a fairly significant abstraction.

A (bad) example would be this:

Moon Loony: Yadda yadda yadda, when the moon is out you get -3 Int and +3 Str.

Throw in some loopy dialog options and huzzah, you have a perk. If you take the literal approach and shoehorn werewolves into Fallout, it simply won't work. At all.

i dont see how the Caravan thread (which i found to be a pretty intresting topic) get locked in less then one page.
