[PS3] Thinking about getting this game for Christmas...

Because I am getting Crysis 3 when it comes out for sure. Is there like a hardcoe mode in this game? Like limited HUD and lower health etc? I'm definitely a noob but I am looking forward to playing this game and get used to the controls before C3 comes out.

Yes, but not to disappoint but crysis 2 muiltiplayer for ps3 is pretty bare (5-8) games only at each time or less. there is hardcoe mode, but is (again no body plays it as I know of) Its defiantly a good game once you get used to suit energy and (like me) if your DIEING for Crysis 3, crysis 2 muilti keeps me occupied :p

Also if you do happen to get crysis 2, and would like someone to play with go ahead and add me (my username)

would also recommend Crysis 1 (only SP, no muilti for consoles)
Cheers-

Lol sure man no problem with helping new players into the crysis series. Also There is DLC for crysis 2 muiltiplayer, BUT nobody plays em. Personally I found out the hard way... Dished out 20$ for 1 gun, a smoke grenade and a whole lota unplayed maps :P

Also as A side note, Joining friends in crysis 2 can be a bit frustrating (unlike cod) Bugy game but hella fun :D
