So I was thinking of starting Oblivion again and I know I want to do the Dark Brotherhood quests, Maybe thief's guild. But I dont know what to play, What class should I be? What birthsign? Khajiit or Argonian? What should I do other then the DB and TG? Not planning to do the main quest, But mods, What mods should I use? Got any recomendations?

If you're gonna use mods at all its vital that you get BOSS, Wrye Bash, the unofficial patches and COBL ( cobl races adds a few races and cobl races - balanced alters both birthsigns and race statistics this isn't all what COBL does I just wanted to point out something that you might not like. )
I'd strongly recommend Enhanced Economy by TheNiceOne. Tamriel Immersion Experience ( TIE ) is directed towards stealth characters it should be perfect for you bit it makes the game very difficult!
Your last character was an Argonian? Play Khajiit, acrobat class, Steed or Lord birthsign.
Your last character was an Khajiit? Play Argonian, nightblade class, Tower bithsign.
If you're gonna play acrobat get Duke Patrick's combat archery.
Midas Magic is a good magic mod that adds various spells to the game.
Take a look at Thieves Arsenal.
I dont know what to say about the Dark Brotherhood or the Thieves Guild.
EDIT: Oh yeah one very important thing! Don't forget to get Darker Nights and Cava Obscura for more immersive gameplay!

Well, My last character was a Bosmer. and before that a Redguard. I just want to play Khajiit or Argonian thise time cus I normaly dont play either one of those but I dunno what one to pick. BOS and Wrye Bash isent vital, I never used either one and I played Oblivion with mods for years. Even if it was a long time sice last time. Never heard of COBL and I dont want extra races.. Only mod I picked out so far was alternative start so yu arrive by boat.
