Hey, I was planning on re-scoring the Skyrim Gameplay Trailer and with my own, fan-made music. Is this allowed? If it is, I'll post it here for you all to listen.

I'm only doing this for fun, I like to practice composing using movies and trailers, and what better way to do it on the trailer for my most anticipated game?

As long as your not making money off of it I dont see why not. It adds publicity to the game (not that bethesda really needs it. )

If someone can make a My Little Ponies video with Skyrim's music, you can make a Skyrim video with your own music.

The general rule is that you can't sell it. Don't try to make money off of it and nobody is going to attack you. I'm pretty sure that's considered "fair use." You can also use it to teach, if you are an educator. But uh, I doubt that's relevant to you.

If you try to sell it, then gamesas can come after you and say that they did the work so they deserve the money.
