The only good I can see coming from this is that they will probably release it and it will be full of bugs. So when they release it for PC, after the xbox beta testers have had a month to test it, I'm sure the PC version will be polished up.

Still, this is pretty much a slap in the face to the long-time fans of TES.

What difference does it make? I don't even know why microsoft bothers with the 30 days of exclusivity. It's not like anyone is switching to their platform because of that. Nobody even knows about it until it happens. It's just dumb.

We're going to release the DLCs at the same time for everyone. we care more about our fans than we do about a few extra bucks. I don't feel particularly alienated by this. People that can't get the construction set will have more reason to want official addons, and that will be coming out before any of the DLC. There'll probably still be tons of stuff I haven't done yet in the game anyway by the time the DLC is ready.

They are just trying to see how long they can keep console users distracted from the inevitable quality gap between vanilla Skyrim and modded Skyrim for PC.

Early releases for console and the delay of the construction kit are all just part of a comprehensive strategy to ship as many console units as possible before all the amazing PC mods start rolling out and console users become uninterested.

It is less about Bethesda so called "not having dignity" and more of people like you not having patience. They are not playing favorites at all. They got paid to do something and they did it. And even after that they are releasing it to everyone. They run a business.
