It may sound hard to believe but the race is on for global dominance, and eventually WW3 Is probably going to happen unfortunately there are some very powerful people out there that want it to happen, take America for example now in Iraq, Afghanistan, Japan, Germany, South Korea, and covertly attacking Pakistan, Libya, and soon to be Syria with drown strikes. How many nations is that now? The Chinese Have allied with Iran and Pakistan which is why the United States which is controlled by the enclave (or New World Order) respects its sovereignity.

Why would anyone even want to build one, it would be a waste of money just to say we have a fast nuke, when a normal one would probally get the job done.

Faster nukes mean you can nuke your enemy faster. Pretty much says if you attack, you will be dead in less then an hour. It gives your enemy very little time to get to their shelters and more importantly gives them less time to counter attack.

Sounds like Fallout to me:

But seriously. Wouldn't a faster nuke be able to slip past enemy AA or SA defenses before they have a chance to fire or even lock on?
