So I hadn't played in awhile but whenever I did I would advance time on my phone settings so I could take 12 dwellers send them all out with 25 stimpaks advance three days come back and cash out. However I started playing again and I went to rush a room and this is what it shows me every single time on three different rooms.

Don't time warp and u won't have any problems with anything simple easy solution to all your high fail % needs.
