I have never seen one of these before and am a bit lost I done a couple of clean reinstalls and no go

I have win7 ultimate on an AMD x6 with 8 gig ram and a GeForce 470 GTX OB was running fine the only thing I did
was change Motherboard cause the one I had had a svcky layout and I could get the Video card to fit without loosing
3 sata ports. So I changed the borad over and booted up run the install on Motherboard disk and sorted ALL the drivers
was plying round trying to get TES4m working and I switched to a new clone and found I got this 0xc0000142 error so
I switched back and the game ran fine, switched to broken game an uninstalled reinstall and no change, so I did a total
uninstall and reinstall in a different path to find I have same issue,.. the command prompt work, Morrowind works, just seems to
be Oblivion thats broke,.. I have run a regcleaner to make sure no crap let behind

PS

The error finish's off say, "could not inject dll"

With a system board swap, you really should reinstall the operating system.......

Didn't realy want to less I had to but I did it and still have same issue

0xc0000142 error = you are either missing a dll that is being called for or you have a corrupted dll. Reinstall drivers cleanly. Check make sure you have Ironpython and pythonmath.dlls in your Oblivion directory.
