Im at the spot to go thru the door but sally is not opening the door. Can i open the door another way newbie by the way.

If you're playing on PC, you can click on the door and type unlock in the console to open it. If you're playing on 360 or PS3, the only thing you can do is keep reloading your save until she finally opens the door. It may take her 20 tries or more to get the dang thing open.

Nope, do this

press the button on your keyboard with the ~ on it

click on the door (and something like "Door" should appear in white on the top of the screen, along with the some other letters)

and then type in unlock and press enter

then click the ~ button again to resume playing

you need to click on the door until it says "Door" at the top of the screen
