So, as the title says, I'm left handed. I'm 29, started using computers at age 5, always used my left hand for the mouse. So, no one comes here telling me to adapt and use my right hand for the mouse, it's not gonna happen.

This game is the first in, honestly, my entire gaming history, to completely sap out my enjoyment of it because of the hard-codded keybinding. This is unacceptable from a company that spent 8 years building this.

I have seen the "fix" that requires a whole other program to be installed just to make the game playable, but no one should have to bother with that. Bethesda failed at providing a fun experience for everyone.

Bethesda, you seriously need to fix this ASAP not only for left handed users, but for anyone who uses custom keybindings. Let us play the game with the binds we want, not the ones you impose. Until then, I'll go back to play CS:GO where numpad_0 can be assigned to jump and the delete key can be assigned to "activate". Or hell, I'll go back to play any other freaking FPS on the market, because every other devs understood the importance of remapping binds.

Sorry for the aggressive tone, I'm kind of mad right now that I spent 80$ (yay Canadian dollars) on a product I can't even use.

And I got a laugh that you use num 0 as jump.

I use to as well, but games like FarCry that have crouch, made me switch. I now use num 1 as jump, and num 0 for crouch, lol.

Obviously I can't with this game, since they force you to use wasd instead of the arrow keys.

I am going to see what patches come out next week, if not, I am going to ask for a refund from Steam.

It's a shame though, you would think a company like Bethesda would be more in tune with the PC players.

So many recent games have been ruined or dumbed down for consoles. GTA5, Project Cars, and now Fallout?

same. I tried the game for 2 hours, can't bear it. I'm going to stop playing until they patch it. If not, I'll ask for a refund as well.

Btw, I use numpad_0 for jump and right ctrl for crouch. Works wonders for all kinds of first person shooters.

I think I had R Ctrl reserved for Sneak or Crawl, but all the same.

Of course R Shift goes without saying.

Dud, I can't play it.... I want to soooooo baaaaad!~ I'm gonna miss the INFINTY CAPS BUG!~~~~ HURRY UP AND FIX YOUR GAME!~ I am playing Vegas till then...

Arrows for move, Rshift to run(Project Nevada), enter to interact, mouse middle to nade(Project Nevada), Num0 to melee(Project Nevada) insert to jump, delete to crouch, home for bullet time(Project Nevada), end to VATS, pgup to switch nade, and pgdn for switch melee weapon(quick use with Num0) R-CTRL for reload, NumDel for ammo change, 1-8 (minus 2, for some crazy stupid reason it can't be hot keyed) for weapon quick menu (I was sooooo looking forward for more/better quick menus in Falout 4, like qwertyuiop for armor, Num1-9 for weapons, and 1 - \ for consumables) but instead... I think we get like 4? Back space for Pip, and num* for ZZZs!~ except weapon quick switch is on the right side of key board... that was how I play Duke, Doom2, and UT99, Halflife2, and that's how I like to play the rest... when games limits me to the fweedom of key binding, it makes me wonder... why are we going backwards? when this should NOT happened in this generation; 2015 already! this isn't Oni Era, plz don't limit us on games we want to play soooooo baaaaad, I had to NOT BUY Transformer War on Cybertron, and Sleeping dogs(because of 3 important keys!!!! this game allowed many... but locked few IMPORTANT KEYS that rendered my game unplayable) and Bioshock Infinty (I had to go through the damn game with Ehd for pick up instead of Enter.... it was VERY [censored]... JUST LIKE RAGE; which I still didn't finish because of that one key...)

Oh BTW I too only played 2 hours and just can't go on any more... actually character creation took me an hour and half... (Spoiler* DAMN BETHESDA WHY U KILL OFF MY CREATION in first 15 min of game play? He took me 40 minutes to make!!!!) I guess it's Dead Money for me then...
