First i need to know if you can toggle third person and first person view. Yes, but the third person view has a really strange walking animation, it looks like your character is ice skating

Also can you be a girl? Yes, this only changes diolouge but doesn't have a real effect on the story

also can you make your girl atractive? Depends on how good you are with the character creator. The presets are all ugly, but all it takes is some slide adjustments in the face editor to change that

is there pretty cloths? Yes, there is everything from spring dresses and buisness attire to sixy nightgowns for girls. There isn't any female/male only clothes, they just appear different depending on the gender of who is wearing them (Pre-war outfits might be a button-down shirt and jeans on guys but a dress on girls)

is there guns? Yes, lots of them

is it fun? If it wasn't I wouldn't have speant 100 hours on one character. Not only is it lots of fun, but there's so many different ways to play that it never gets boring.

If you're on 360 then buy the Game of the Year Edition because it comes with all the additional add-ons as well, it is about $40. To get just the game is $20, but the 5 add-ons are $10 each if you want them later so if you get all the add-ons you save money with GOTY.

but if you have a good gaming PC, you can download new clothes, and better textures for your characters face, and almost anything you can think of. But the game's still awesome on console!

I'm afraid pretty clothes are pretty limited without the benefit of PC only mods. outfit mixingb and matching is particularly limited. Its still worth playing for all the other reasons though.

Yes to all.

Although, if you are getting it on a console, don't expect to have some of the characters that are possible on the PC thanks to mods.

hey there.

Lets just say this. If you were stuck on a deserted island and could be allowed only one game to play. THIS would be your best pick.

Just the vanilla and DLC's alone (all in the GoTY package), not to mention the player created mods (PC), you would have more game than you could ever play and be hard pressed to become "bored" with it.

it is worth it.

If you want nice clothing and pretty faces the very best way to go is the PC version. You can go here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/ and get all sorts of nice add-ons for the game. And better yet it's all free, created for your use by the Fallout 3 modding community. Just click on Browse Categories and then on Clothing. You'll see real quick how much you can do with this game.

I second this motion.

Also, why is it that people log on to a forum of a specific game, and ask if the game The Forum is About Is fun?

Good call. The moment I read this my brain went on a trek of every game I could possibly wanna take... only things coming close were God games, and RTS (Total Wars) got a few titles fighting in my head for the position right now, but Fallout 3 is deffo kicking some ass.

The game is about $65 dollars including tax for the GOTY edition on Xbox 360 if you're buying new in the U.S. And it's one of the greatest RPG's ever made, and probably the best "Sandbox" style experience available right now.

There is a solid amount of good looking outfits and tons of armor to wear.
You can wear several types of glasses/sunglasses.
Can't play as a kid but you're 19 so you're basically one anyways.
You're a vault dweller who leaves the vault and goes into the Wasteland looking for your father.
Bottlecaps are the only form of currency in the Wasteland but it's easy to become rich.
NOPE!

Does this game have millions of pretty outfits? More like dozens, but there's also non-pretty outfits that just look really awesome

Also can you wear eyeglasses? Yes

can you play as a little kid? Only in the tutorial (you have a '10th Birthday Party' to learn how to interact with the game world), not in the game itself. In fact you can't even hurt little kids, which gets irritating when you encounter a certain group of cave-dwelling creatins

whats the story line? The world was destroyed by atomic bombs 200 years ago, you and your father live in a vault which was a giant underground shelter created before the war to keep humanity going. One day your dad opens the vault and leaves and you have to follow him. That's the main storyline, but there's an AMAZING amount of side-quests each with their own story.

do you get to become rich? You'll be struggling for money for the first few hours, and then by the end you'll be insanely rich

can you buy a mansion? No, but you can earn a penthouse suite in a tower, I won't spoil how that happens

Heh, I'm undecided. A few FPSs popped up but the replay value without anyone to game with online tends to drop alarmingly. Do I get broadband on this island? lol I'm thinking Total War Eras counts as one game, and that's locked horns with Fallout 3 GOTY... s'my final two. Until I get pushed onto an island and have to choose, they're just gonna have to keep snarling at each other vying for the top spot.

Uh..whats with all of these sickeningly girly questions? You do realise its a gritty, violent, blood-splatteringly awesome post-apocalyptic shooter?

As for your questions.

Does this game have millions of pretty outfits? Definitely not a million. Most of the outfits are designed for functionality and protection rather than prettyness. A few are fairly sixy on girls though.

Also can you wear eyeglasses? Yes you can.

Can you play as a little kid? No. There are rules against letting children get shot and die in video games.

Whats the story line? Read that somewhere else.

Do you get to become rich? Hell to the yeahs.

Can you buy a mansion? Not really. You can but a room in a really fancy hotel full of rich j@ckasses.

No, you'll have to play as a human. There are no orcs or elves in the post-apocalyptic wasteland but you will encounter plenty of Mutants and Ghouls.
