Do you have Wrye Bash v283 installed? If fixes all or most of the race importing bugs. Post your load order as well.

Edit: ...with Wrye Bash, please.

Sigh...IF your Whiskers are like MY eyelashes your gonna have fun keeping them loaded....
Every time i update BOSS and run it, it places Eyelashes first among the Race records....it just plain wont load there..I have to have it load last of the Race records and just before Better Cities. Think the Whiskers are like the Eyelashes they use a Merged teeth or mouth?

Try moving the Whiskers last in your load...

Yes this has been reported. I just always edit master list for the Eyelashes to work.

Yup. 283 includes quite a few bug fixes too. Bug fixing was the focus of this latest release. This is definitely a good time to upgrade. You are missing out on quite a few bashed patch and bash tag updates.

Edit: ...including race importing-related fixes. You should move that plugin up to where the rest of the quest mods are. (That is a quest mod, is it not?) Also, remove TIE In. Wait for Corepc to release the new TIE4MODs. That mod does not work so well with FCOM as it is.

For your Khajiit to keep their whiskers your copy of Slof's Oblivion Better Beasts requires the bash tag "R.Teeth" (if I remember the name correctly). This will make the bashed patch take care this particular setting persists for your Khajiit, regardless of which other plugin might be loading later. However, if there's any other plugin bearing the same tag, they will of course fight each other again and the one loading later will win.
I think the latest BOSS Masterlist contains this already, but I'm not 100% sure due to being unable to try it out myself without the game.

Its not a quest its a house mod i don't know where to place it

Drake thanks for clearing that up for me i understand i guess wiskers are placed on teeth... downloading latest wrye bash

Does anyone by any chance know whats the difference between Slof's Clouded Leopards v1.2 and 1.3?

I have been experiencing wrye bash to fail me for some reason when i start wrye bash again when i go rebuild patch item interogation plugins , all weather natural, i think maybe a few more do not appear to be active or "marked" in the bashed patch when rebuilding even though i did rebuild the patch with them

All Natural Weather and Item Integration are both "Filter" type mods. Wrye Bash chooses only certain elements from them when building the bashed patch.

They should not be active after building the patch, they should have a red [+] symbol.

Note, this is for one particular file from All Natural, and most, if not all, from Item Integration.

For a mod's content to be imported into the bashed patch it has to be checked in the bashed patch somewhere. For example, the AN mod should be checked in the "import cells" section of the bashed patch.

You still dont understand i checked it rebuilt the patch and i turned off wrye bash turned it back on and all the mods that i have checked are unchecked again. Do you understand now?!

My khajiit have wiskers but the female textures are messed up AGAIN! Just like my last problem they are covered in fur and in human skin!
Slof's Better Beasts status has to be [+] atleast for the wiskers to appear however when i do that my khajiit are covered in half human half fur skin do you want a screenshot of that monstrosity?

There are two main groups in which house mods can be placed. Move it to load immediately after the ULs. Hopefully, there are no compatibility issues. You should post that plugin and a link to its upload page in the BOSS thread so that it can be added.

I was not sure if you understood the dot and plus sign. I will ask directly then, does your AN filter plugin have a dot in the check box? Please, post the section of your BOSS log from Slof's Better Beast plugin to the bashed patch. I am wondering what tags are being recommended.

Edit:
You still dont understand i checked it rebuilt the patch and i turned off wrye bash turned it back on and all the mods that i have checked are unchecked again. Do you understand now?!

No, I do not understand that statement. That could mean you checked the plugin in your load order, then rebuilt the bashed patch; or, it could mean you launched the rebuild the bashed patch dialog and checked plugins under the appropriate sections. I have no clue what you mean by "turned off Wrye Bash." If that means that you deactivated the bashed patch, I have no clue what you did that for. Deactivating the bashed patch deactivates pseudo-activated mods, that you did not activate yourself. If you activated a plugin yourself, the check boxes will contain checks until you click on the check box to deactivate them. I do not understand how reactivating the bashed patch caused anything to be unchecked either. Now, do you understand why I am confused?

The correct use of punctuation can be a great agent of understanding. I personally have no clue what that sentence means. The use of commas and full stops in the appropriate places would certainly held though.

Gee, let's all be grammar nazis to the newbie.

What he's trying to say as far as I can tell is that when he activates a mod in his load order, upon exiting and re-entering Wrye Bash that mod will have returned to being inactive ('unchecked').

1. I'm no grammar nazi: I wasn't flaming him or raging at his inability to use grammar properly, because I can't either. Far too many people get called that for trying to correct the writing of what could be a 6 year old (comparing to my brother here). Consider it a helpful hint on how to better be understood online. What I was pointing out is basic writing. I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't write like that IRL, so I don't understand how he can write illegibly here and expect people to understand what he's trying to say, and then get irritated by our lack of understanding.

2. How is his being a newbie supposed to influence in any way either my ability to point out potential improvement, or his ability to write? He's a newbie here, so we can give him leeway on stuff specific to this board, as he's probably not come across it before. The ability to write legible sentences is (thankfully) not something specific to this board.

See Tomlong's post for some of the many interpretations of what the OP's post could have meant. You may be right in your guess, but it's still a guess, and the confusion would have easily been avoided had he just written legibly to begin with.

Better Beasts only touches the whiskers*, so cannot be the source of your problem with Khajiit body texture. You have another mod that is overwriting them ... that is what I am seeing--improper texture for the body mod you are using.

And this!

Whatever mod it is could possibly be changing the Better Beasts pathing back also ... importing Better Beasts may fix the whiskers issue, but you will probably have to identify the offending mod with Tes4edit and adjust load order too.

*My mistake ... it only does this since I cleaned it.

That picture makes it look as though you have incompatible textures installed for your body replacer. The texture is not mapped to the body appropriately.

Edit: Remove that script optimization mod. It is buggy and offers almost nothing in the way of performance enhancement.

Ok let me say this again when i MERGE slof's better beasts i get wiskers and bad texutres for females, when i IMPORT i get good textures no wiskers do you understand?
Slof's Better Beasts REQUIRE Robert's male and female bodies and is compatable...

Could post comparison screen shots of the bashed patch vs. Slof's plugins for the two situations, merged and imported? I know that it requires Roberts' bodies, but that does not change the fact that the texture looked like it was mapped wrong in that picture. In the screen shots, show the BODY DATA section. I think the relevant records are the footfemale texture paths. Maybe they are being overwritten in the merge situation. The import is only putting through the graphics changes, you have to merge for body data tags to work. Have you tried merging and disabling all but the teeth tag in the race changes section. It just sounds like one of the race changes that are happening is not right. Let me check the tags again in your previous post, but try merging and only using the teeth tag. Of course, leave it checked in the import graphics section as well. I will update in a sec with the tag changes I think you should make if you can wait a bit.

Edit: Okay, got 'em: {{BASH:NpcFaces,R.Teeth,Graphics,Body-M,Body-F,Deactivate}}

In the import situation, these tags are "working": NpcFaces,Graphics,

In the merge situation, all of the tags are working.

Try removing just the Body-F tag (right-click in the tags frame and uncheck it) and see how merging goes with those tags. Hopefully that takes care of the problem if import graphics is producing the right textures.
