For the second time the map locator is showing that I have to climb a unclimbable mountain to talk to someone I just finished 2 contacts for muiri and the map indicator says she's on top of a mountain outside Markarth but I cant get there.

The other time was with Esbern the marker showed him on top of a mountain but he wasn't there.

Ok I found her for some reason she didn't show up until a dragon attacked .
