Is This "Irony" Or SImply "Contrast"?

Related to the "Hits You In The Feels" thread, there are some interesting music/images videos I have seen that get to me. I do not know if it is irony or just simply contrasting music and images. Usually, you have some piece of music that is serene or somber paired with scenes of violence. OK... not irony :)

Examples:

https://youtu.be/mKpQB3bEPbI?t=1m27s (when Elias dies).

Have others experienced similar music/images that "got you in the feels?" (Here's a chance to link more Internet videos!)

Neither, those are songs for setting the emotion for the scene. Irony would be if a movie or game glorifying war used an anti-war song. Contrast is an iffy thing. If it's an action scene and it's using serene music, that's contrast. But that scene from Platoon isn't contrast because it's intentionally soft to strike an emotional chord with the viewer.
