I received a quest from an alchemist to rescue his girlfriend, who was kidnapped by the thieves' guild and held for ransom. I refused to pay the ransom and I get info that she's being held in a dungeon. I arrived, fought through the dungeon and found her chained to the ceiling, but there's no way to free her. I tried talking to her, hitting the manacles w/ my sword, looked for switches, and randomly clicked around/ on her. Need help freeing her, or confirmation that this is bugged ( if so, possible fix/ workaround would be GREATLY appreciated). Thanks!

I don't know for certain but I can't imagine the person hanging from the ceiling is your objective. She should just be standing in a room by herself. The person hanging is just a victim.
