Does anyone know if Billy Creel is a companion...? I think he'd be fun to chill out with while running about 'cleaning up' the Wastelands with my dog, Buddy...! (Maybe while someone else was babysitting little Maggie...) :foodndrink:

He is not a companion. But he could be good as a companion. He looks like he might have been intended to be, he stands out that much.
