Just browse my favorites on Deviant Art if you want to see a bunch of pretty amazing TES fanart. Same user name. Dunmer tends to get some pretty good results.

Mostly consistent with T0's view of the universe, although I don't think it's to scale.

I think, however, there is sufficient evidence to suggest that said view may be incorrect, but that's a discussion for another time.

The Realms of Oblivion aren't really in the right place (as far as anyone can tell), as they're part of the void itself, not separate planets.
Other than that, it's correct (and pretty).

I don't know. In the wheel and spoke model (if it should be taken literally) it would make more sense for the planets to surround Nirn instead of all being north (for lack of a better worth describing the top of a map) of it.

I don't think your wrong. Having the Realms there is visually appealing, but doesn't make much sense.
