[REQ] Is this possible: Enchantment Transfering?

I have to wonder, would it be possible to make a mod that allows you to transfer Enchantments form one weapon/clothing piece to another?

Like some examples....

... You like the Arch-Mage's robe enchantments, but find the robes themselves to be butt-ugly or you're the kind of mage that runs around in heavy ebony armor. You could use (Means of Transfer) to take the enchantment off of the Arch-Mage's Robes and put it on your Ebony Armor.. and then later on take that same ebony armor and do the same thing to a dragonbone armor and so on and so forth.... Keep in mind, it being the exact same enchantment with the exact same magnitude (to differentiate it between simply self-making your own copy of it.) but transfered to something else.

... Or you have Dawnbreaker. but you want the enchantment on your bow or your Daedric Battle-Axe instead (for great irony.) Again, same enchantment but transferred from one vessel to another.

Would that be possible to make? Bonus points if it already exists.

There were mods for this for Oblivion, but they only allowed transfering to same type of item, if i remember correctly.

As far as i know, not for Skyrim

it's straightforward to do what you want via the creation kit.

But we lack the scripts to do it dynamically in game, unless you're willing to store the data for all your new gear somewhere and force the game to regenerate it on each load.
Which is neither a solution I would want to implement nor a script I would want running in my saves.
