Your argument might have meant something if Skyrim hadn't been pirated over a week before release ON THE XBOX 360.
Edit: A full week before it was available to be pirated on PC, I might add.
True but it's much harder to pirate on a console then on a PC. Currently I don't
think there is a way you play a pirated game without Microsoft banning you from XBOX Live, which means no patchs, DLC, etc.
This is because of the new disk format they use. Been out of the scene for a while so, not sure if they found a way around it yet.
Anybody can pirate games on a PC, console.... bit more tricky/annoying. Which is why some game devs. are shifting the attention to console more(Skyrim's menu UI).
