Hi all, first spoiler warning.

Is it true that the end of the main quest comes down to a choice:

A. Save your son

B. Nuke Boston (Presumably like that city in Fallout 3)?

I'm curious to know if this is true, if it is that's fine but if it's not then please don't tell me the actual ending.
