cesars explanation of thesis,antithesis and synthesis is just a great blend of writing and informative philosophical narration,you know he makes sense,you probaly even agree with him on some level,the ncr is a blotted,corrupted,power-hungry organisation or goverment,but what's the alternative if your playing a good charater?..you feel like you could learn alot from him,that he could be a real mentor to you..but his policies are just to drastic!!..crucifixtion??..screw that..it's mr.house all the way for this playthrough

oh yeah, his anolysis is spot on, it is his conclusions were the lacking starts

This magical piece of information, cures any diseases that you may have and WHEN this dialouge is heard, your children will become the magical little munchkins with the whitest teeth imagible that giggle at worms and only cry from laughter, anyone that doesn't hear this dialouge is in an abyss of pain and hunger... My favorites....and NV is chock full of good dialogue....was Fantastic and House, especially near the end when House started gloating about the shafting he was preparing for the NCR. What Boone says after you take him to kill Caesar is funny too.

Little busters comments on why he didn't go after cooke cooke. Cass's comments on Long dike johnson, those ones made me chuckle. There's tons more. Lots of Veronica's commetns on various actions are funny too.
