This is the decision I face...

I keep shortcuts to the games I am currently playing on my desktop so I don't have to bother with games folder. Usually one for each genre, maybe a certain game gets an extended place of honor (Starcraft II was up for quite a while).

Current menu is BF3/Skyrim/Shogun2

Do you take breaks to play other games/types of games when you have a TES game going, or do you devote all available time to your character?

I am really into certain types of games and don't buy that many (because most don't interest me that much) - all the games I like best are very much "long-term investments" in terms of time and will keep me going for years.

I have been playing Skyrim to the exclusion of everything else since it was released, but I noticed that the CIV 4 "Caveman to Cosmos" modding team have released yet another new improved version, so I will have to try that out soon. And I got an e-mail from Egosoft announcing that they are releasing another X3 game as a "bridge" between Terran Conflict and their next big project, X:Rebirth so I will have to give that a go too. I'm also going to be replaying Morrowind once the Tamriel Rebuilt team release their next map. Oh and I also caught all the New Vegas DLC in a recent Steam sale and haven't played it yet so that is also on the list.

Dropped DA2 recently? I've had whims about giving it another go, but one playthrough seemed like enough.

So glad someone else mentioned Mount & Blade Warband. That has a lot of potential. I'm playing Skyrim almost exclusively at the moment, though.

I only ever play one at a time. There's usually only around 2 games a year that interest me though.
