You should do what I like to do. It's nearly the same as your setup, except I don't use sword and shield.
I sneak with a bow, and if the enemy gets too close, I summon an atronach to distract/deal/take damage.
This way, you can still summon a bow, but you focus your skills on ranged, sneak, and summoning, as opposed to ranged, sneak, summoning, blocking, and 1-handed (I'm assuming using a conjured sword levels up your 1-handed, correct?).
Mind you, I haven't gotten very far in this game (I don't really like it that much without it being heavily modded), but this setup worked wonderful in oblivion, and it's working pretty good so far in skyrim.
I would also suggest that you stick to only one type of armour. I'm thinking light armour would be better, but I'm not entirely sure on that.
